ROAD CLOSURE ALERT
August 12th, 2012 | by advocate360 |State Route 49 will be closed in both directions between West Street and Wayne Street starting Monday. This is a 24-hour a day closure. The affected section of State Route 49 is scheduled to reopen to motorists Tuesday.
This road closure is due to a contractor performing railroad repairs.
The official detour during construction is State Route 118 to State Route 47.
Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming closure. All work is weather permitting.
Safety is a top priority at Ohio Departmet Of Transportation. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
