LOCAL GIRLS TAKE FIRST PLACE AT OHIO JUNIOR OLYMPICS

Cassidy Kaiser of Greenville recently took first place in the girls 11-12 100M Backstroke at the Ohio Junior Olympics with a time of 1:08.40.  This was the fastest time in Ohio and the third fastest time country this year.  She was also a member of the first place 400 Medley Relay Team who set the bar high with the fastest time in the USA and the sixth fastest time ever at 4:40.85.  Cassidy is a year around swimmer with the Dayton Raiders and is on the Greenville Summer Rec swim team.

She will now be preparing to represent team OHIO at the USA Central Zone Meet.  This is the highest level of age group competion in the country.  She will also be joined by fellow Greenville swimmer and Raider Isabella Gable.
